Compensation Overview
In an era of reduced payouts and higher fixed expenses, your dedicated efforts will be rewarded with one of the highest compensation grids of any full service firm.
Smith Moore’s best-in-class benefits and competitive salary offerings make us an employer of choice. Our low turnover rate is testament to our commitment to providing a rewarding, challenging, and comfortable work environment.
Transition Bonuses
We offer a competitive transition package based on your current assets under management and trailing 12-months revenue.
Employee Stock Purchase Potential
In addition to your compensation package, you may have the opportunity to invest in the firm.
Profit Sharing
We believe those who share in the work should also share in the rewards. One of the ways the firm’s success is shared is through our profit sharing plan. Financial advisors who meet the established production threshold in gross commissions qualify to participate in the plan.
Benefits
Smith Moore understands that a career is about more than pay. We’ve assembled a comprehensive benefits package and continue to look for new ways to make employees’ lives healthier, more rewarding, and as simplified as possible.
