Joyce has cultivated a passion for partnering with financial advisors for more than two decades in the financial services industry. In addition to a variety of corporate roles relating to audit, compliance, and operational risk, she also has direct experience as a Financial Advisor. As the Director of Practice Management, she collaborates with branch managers to build successful practices by leveraging existing talent to cultivate practice growth. Joyce is also responsible for the onboarding of new financial advisors and helping all advisors maximize their ability to make a positive impact on their clients and communities.
Joyce received dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration with a focus on accounting from St. Louis University. As a member of the Women’s Leadership Circle for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, and through her volunteer work at her daughters’ high school, she remains an active member in the community. She is also a former treasurer for the Parents and Friends organization and the Council of Catholic Women through Immaculate Conception Parish and School in Columbia, Illinois.
Joyce lives in Columbia, Illinois with her husband Adam and their two daughters, Audrey and Carolyn. She is a black belt in Shōrin-ryū karate and also enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, reading, and enjoying meals with her family.

Doug Nachman has focused on protecting and preserving his clients’ wealth while planning for a tax-efficient distribution of their assets since 1989. He shares the company’s philosophy of providing excellent client service with a personal touch.
Doug’s time with Smith Moore has spanned over 30 years. He was elected to Smith Moore’s Board of Directors in 1992, named Vice Chair of the company in 1995, and was named CEO and Chair of the Board in 2000. He has since relinquished these management titles to spend more time working with his clients.
Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and holds the Series 7, 24, and 65 Securities Licenses. He lives in St. Louis with his wife of over 30 years, Susan. Doug maintains an active lifestyle by playing tennis, golf, and pickleball.

Tom Gonsalves
Vice President
Tom Gonsalves is a Vice President and Financial Advisor in the Chesterfield branch at Smith Moore. With over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom knows that Smith Moore is a perfect match for him because he shares the firm’s philosophy of providing excellent client service with a personal touch. In 2003, Tom was among a handful of financial advisors to open Smith Moore’s first branch office in Clayton, Missouri. Tom also served on the Board of Directors from 2003 to 2022. He is proud to have played a role in leading a company with such a strong legacy and tradition.
He holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses and is licensed for health/life insurance. Tom graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale with a degree in Finance.
Outside of the office, Tom enjoys gardening and following the local sports teams. He and his wife, Laura, reside in Oakville, Missouri, with their daughter, Anna.

Stefanie Kluba

With half a decade of industry experience, Stefanie loves helping financial advisors and clients alike while they navigate their financial journey. She spends her day responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings for financial advisors, and maintaining information relating to client plans. She holds the Series 7 license.
Stefanie obtained a BFA in Musical Theatre from Southeast Missouri State University and her MA in Entertainment Management from Lindenwood University. She lives in St. Peters with her pug, Frank. Stefanie teaches dance and performs in musicals across the St. Louis area in her free time.
