In a world with so much financial complexity, Austin feels it is essential for clients to work with a financial advisor they can faithfully trust. Austin assists clients in understanding the overall vision and minute details of their financial lives in order to develop a holistic financial plan that provides a clear path towards their goals. He holds Series 7, 66, and life and health insurance licenses. Austin is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, which better enables him to create and implement cohesive client financial plans.
Austin obtained his BBA in Finance and Economics from Drury University. He was born and raised in Overland Park and settled back in the Kansas City area after finishing his education. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and playing a multitude of sports including tennis and golf when outside the office.

Kevin believes everyone, regardless of means, deserves an opportunity to create a financial plan to help guide them toward achieving their financial goals. Life is full of financial decisions and having a plan in place can help relieve a great deal of stress when it comes to making those choices. Kevin got into the industry to combine his financial skills with helping others. His clients can expect a standard of care that includes monitoring and consistently updating their financial plans on their journey to and through retirement.
Kevin follows a straightforward process to build a client’s financial plan. After creating the client’s personalized path to and through retirement, he focuses on generating investment recommendations that best align with achieving the client’s stated goals. After the successful completion of these important first two steps, he then turns his attention to addressing other wealth management issues such as beneficiary designations, estate planning, insurance needs analysis, and legacy planning.
Prior to joining Smith Moore, Kevin spent nearly a decade in the financial services industry as an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Actuarial Analyst at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. He earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Accounting and a minor in Mathematics from Rockhurst University. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is insurance licensed in Kansas, Missouri, Alabama, Arizona, California, Illinois, Ohio, and Virginia.
Kevin currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Jenny, and their sons, Cooper, Lincoln, Beau, and Crew. He really enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking the occasional spin around the golf course, and viewing as many Chiefs, Cardinals, Jayhawks, or Sporting KC events as his schedule allows.

Darci Maples
Client Associate
Darci is passionate about helping clients reach their financial goals and providing them with the education they need to move forward on their financial journey. As a Client Associate, Darci assists clients with their inquiries and provides exceptional personal service. She assists her team with scheduling and administrative tasks while collaborating with them to ensure clients are having a great experience with the firm.
Darci lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband, Brandon, and their two poodle sons, Noir and Quint. Some of her favorite things to do outside the office are scuba diving, coffee, traveling, and reading. She is always eager to find a way to combine all four together. Darci is fluent in American Sign Language and regularly volunteers at local events for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals, as well as at the American Council of the Blind and the National Federation of the Blind.

Kipp Noe
Vice President
Kipp Noe uses over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry to guide clients through life’s complexities and help them plan accordingly. He takes time to fully understand his clients’ stories and financial needs. Kipp values the opportunity to educate them about implementation, execution, and monitoring of their investment and insurance plans. He partners with clients through ongoing investment education and advice to develop a financial plan that will help clients work towards their financial goals.
Kipp graduated from Washburn University with a BBA in Finance. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. He is also life, variable life and variable annuity, and accident and health or sickness insurance licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
Kipp lives in Olathe, Kansas, with his wife, Von. He is a lifetime member of the Washburn University Alumni Association, the Kappa Sigma fraternity, and the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Kipp spends his free time fishing, hunting, gardening, playing golf, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks.

David Przybylski
Vice President
David Przybylski is a Financial Advisor that provides wealth management guidance coupled with risk control strategies. He utilizes over 20 years of experience to help his clients work toward their financial goals on their terms. David helps individuals, families, and business owners plan for their financial futures with strategies that aid in building wealth, reducing risk, and protecting estates.
David received a BS in Marketing and an MBA from Rockhurst University and joined the financial services industry in 2002. He holds the Series 6, 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses, and is insurance licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
David and his wife, Mieke, reside in Overland Park, with their two children, Anna and Michael. They have a Shih Tzu at home that keeps the family entertained. They routinely volunteer at Harvesters and St. Mary’s Food Kitchen, among other charitable organizations. In his free time, David enjoys fishing, hiking, road trips, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
