Smith Moore Welcomes Joyce Randle as New Director and Branch Manager.

years of experience, announced that Joyce Randle has joined the firm as Director of Practice
Management and Branch Manager of the Clayton and Chesterfield offices.

Randle joins Smith Moore with over two decades of experience working with clients and advisors. She
is an industry veteran whose broad experience is shaped by her time as an advisor and a variety of
corporate roles in audit and operational risk. This combination makes Randle uniquely qualified to
streamline and execute the goals of advisors, branch managers, operational personnel, and the firm
as a whole.

As Director of Practice Management, Randle is responsible for onboarding new advisors and
collaborating with Branch Managers to build successful practices, maximize existing talent, and
cultivate growth. She is driven to elevate the next generation of Financial Advisors and Wealth
Management Associates at Smith Moore.
