Emily serves as the System Integrations Manager at Smith Moore, where she supports daily
operations across the firm’s core systems to ensure efficiency and seamless user
experience. She also plays a key role in employee training and professional development.
Before stepping into her current role, Emily worked as a Client Associate at Smith Moore for
nearly two years. During that time, she discovered her passion for operations, problem
solving, and helping the firm improve processes and performance.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a master’s degree in secondary education
from Truman State University. She lives in South City St . Louis with her husband and their
dog, Roxy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and
family, and taking exercise classes-especially Barre and yoga.
