Joyce has cultivated a passion for partnering with financial advisors for more than two decades in the financial services industry. In addition to a variety of corporate roles relating to audit, compliance, and operational risk, she also has direct experience as a Financial Advisor. As the Director of Practice Management, she collaborates with branch managers to build successful practices by leveraging existing talent to cultivate practice growth. Joyce is also responsible for the onboarding of new financial advisors and helping all advisors maximize their ability to make a positive impact on their clients and communities.
Joyce received dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration with a focus on accounting from St. Louis University. As a member of the Women’s Leadership Circle for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, and through her volunteer work at her daughters’ high school, she remains an active member in the community. She is also a former treasurer for the Parents and Friends organization and the Council of Catholic Women through Immaculate Conception Parish and School in Columbia, Illinois.
Joyce lives in Columbia, Illinois with her husband Adam and their two daughters, Audrey and Carolyn. She is a black belt in Shōrin-ryū karate and also enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, reading, and enjoying meals with her family.
