Thad Allen

Thad loves his job because, most days, it does not feel like work. He has had the opportunity to partner with hundreds of people across his 15 years in the industry and has witnessed how change has impacted the financial trajectory of their lives and future generations. He enjoys working with clients as he continues to serve both their financial needs and life goals.

At the early age of eight, Thad created his first business by building a paper route selling the Grit newspaper to his country neighbors. Thad owned and operated restaurants for 15 years and will say he went to the “school of hard knocks.” Prior to his experience in the restaurant business, he attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and is grateful for the education he earned both in school and through real-world experience.

Today, helping his clients achieve what they want out of life is Thad’s main focus. He aims to maximize tax efficiencies and allows for maximum flexibility by utilizing a wide-ranging combination of wealth management tools, strategies, and investment vehicles. He holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses, is securities licensed in fifteen states, and life and long-term care insurance licensed in Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Texas.

Thad is a committed member of the Topeka Baptist Church and volunteers with several faith-based organizations that minister locally and around the world. He is a board member of the Auburn Community Center, where he lives with his wife, Michelle. Together, they have eleven children, one grandchild, and love spending time outdoors living life to the fullest. Thad is an enthusiast of American history, American coinage and currency, and classic cars. Thad can identify most classic cars between the 1950s and 1970s and has even worked on restoring them.
